Hi!
I have salvaged a bunch of load cells from bathroom scales and stumbled upon this one that i just can’t figure out.
There’s only two wires coming out of it instead of the three wires on my other sensors. Any ideas how i can read it?
The amplifier i have is HX711 and AD623.

That would be a strain gauge. Normally they are used as a pair in a voltage divider or four in a Wheatstone bridge configuration.

Okey. That bathroom scale only had this one in it. :S
You can use one strain gauge in a Wheatstone bridge with 3 passive resistors, but then linearity and temperature corrections could be very important.
