I need a small board that can run on 3.7 LiPo and has built in WiFi.

Define what you mean by small
How about a Wemos D1 mini board and a boost converter ?
Try searching for a ESP32 with built in battery management.
There are quite a lot of options.
Small medium size.
Something like that?
+1 for Wemos D1 mini. No boost converter required because it as an LDO regulator.
Li-po packs generally seem to have built-in over-discharge protection circuit.
If you need to add a charging circuit, use one of those small TP4056 boards, or a charging shield for the wemos.
