So do you need a PCB or components? And where does the Mega 2560 rev1 come into the equation?
I need PCB for the one I have is defective so it does not send anything to the tft screen....

Pretend you're one of us and read this thread. Now do you see why it's so unlikely that anyone could help, or would even bother?
I realize there may be a language barrier here but that just means you need to be extra descriptive. A percentage of what you say might be lost in translation but if there is enough information, likely we'll get the general idea, at least to the point where we can ask for clarification of what doesn't make sense. Many forum members won't bother to visit an external site to view your pictures. You're much more likely to get help if you embed them directly in the forum post. The best way to do this is to attach and embed the image following these instructions:

Sometimes it can be difficult to attach pictures to a forum post. In your case, I see you have saved the image as a .png. PNG is a lossless image format, which maintains the image quality but also results in a large file size. By converting it to .jpg, it went from 1329 kB to 303 kB.
