MKR WAN 1310 Port problems

Was using the Arduino normally yesterday when I suddenly got the message that the port is no longer found.

Did the following steps on it:

  • Press and release the reset button on the board twice quickly. You should now see the LED on the board pulsing, which means the bootloader is running. If you press it twice, the bootloader will run indefinitely (until the board is reset, powered off, or an upload is performed).

  • Select the port of your board from the Tools > Port menu. The port number may be different when the bootloader is running, so do not assume that you have already selected the correct port.

  • Start an upload in the Arduino IDE.

When compiling, the following in the bottom line appears
PORTS {} / {} => {}

with the message:
No board could be found on the selected port. Check that you have selected the correct port. If it is correct, try pressing the reset button of the board after starting the upload.

Reinstalling the package and using a different cable did not help either. The Arduino was working normally after unpacking yesterday.

After compiling the port also disappears in the IDE and in the device manager the Arduino appears as an unknown USB device. Everything should also be ok with the software, because I used the Blink from the examples.
