Motion detection switch module VD01Y-A3 with arduino

Hello, I'm starting to learn about arduino and electronics, if you could help me please.
I want to use the motion detector VD01Y-A3 to connect it to Arduino, to activate some things when it detects movement.
The detector comes to connect it to a led strip directly and that with the movement activates the led strip.
But I want to use it as an input of my arduino.

What do you think is the right way to connect it?
It's pretty easy, it has only V+ V- and LED + LED-.
My question if I connect the LED + to the digital input of the arduino, should I connect the negative to GND directly? Do you think it is necessary to put some kind of resistor somewhere?
Thank you very much for your help.

I'm starting to learn about arduino and electronics, ... I want to use it as an input of my arduino.

As you are starting I'd recommend you to use simple devices that are designed for use with an arduino, rather than trying to hack a device not intended for that use.
