I am making an Arduino powered CNC Machine and wanted to know about the pins, I am uploading 2 images telling the circuit and which motor I am using. Can anyone tell me how can connect the motor as shown in circuit diagram.
Try googling any serial number on the motor .
Measure the resistance between leads to identify the individual windings , then try connecting in combinations until it works
Can you just tell how can I wire a simple steeper motor as of this diagram?
What helped me: stepper motor has 4 pins, use a multimeter with short detection to check which 2 pairs of pins are the two coils. And then, you can follow your diagram to connect it. You can experiment with the values in your code. For me this worked for a typical CDreader stepper motor.
