Need help picking out a powerful but small microcontroller

So i was scavenging the internet to find a good microcontroller for my project. I couldn’t find any that fit my list of requirements, so i’ll need a bit of help.
Requirements:
-less than 0.5 in. tall and less than 4 in. wide
-has WiFi
-30 KB (or more) flash memory
-3 pins

and if you want, i could also get some help finding a display that fits these requirements too.
