I have this PCB, with MAX7219, now sit on the 7SegmentsDisplay library, examples for LEDcontrol.
The question is which display fits on it???
I do have a display but who has 2 rows of 5 pins.
On the PCB must be a display with 2 rows of 8 pins.

You may want to try my md_max72xx library. It is designed for the 64 led matrix like you have. The documentation for the lib also tells you how to connect it. Link in my signature block.
