Proposal: Rename "Arduino IDE 2.0" category to "IDE 2.x"

@sterretje what is your opinion regarding the category name?:

Development Tools > IDE 2.x

OR

Development Tools > Arduino IDE 2.x

In your proposal for the overall category structure, you used Development Tools > Arduino IDE 2.0, but I saw you used Development Tools > IDE 2.x in the demo on the "staging site" forum:

So I went with IDE 2.x here.
