I am new to the PCB design,or what i say...currently i just need to prototype for few of my audio projects,I have try jlcpcb already, literally, they are ok,but if there any other manufacturer good and cheap price?
JLCPCB is not only "ok", they are excellent, in my experience. They would be difficult to beat on quality/price I think.
However, there are dozens of other manufacturers. It's difficult to rate them, as it depends on what individual needs. You might try https://pcbshopper.com/ to get quotes from a bunch of manufacturers.
In addition to JLCPCB, I've used OSHPark (excellent for small boards, but rapidly gets more expensive), PCBWAY, and SeeedStudio (those latter two being essentially similar to JLCPCB.)
They're all good. I think JLC tends to have the lowest prices (and the "5 board" option can save you some on shipping.)
I like Oshpark's gold finish. It makes hand soldering easier.
Note that Oshpark has free shipping.
Yes,their price is just excellent as you said, and they are fast, but the PCBs I received aren’t that clean. I’m not sure if this is a special case, or maybe I should try a few more times.thank you for the recommends,i'll check that page now
thank you,i'll check these fabs
It's not.
You get what you pay for in PCB fab. Once you have boards made by several different vendors, you will see how bad JLCPCB really is. However for hobby purposes who cares.
What about PCBWAY and ALLPCB, have you ever tried them? Or is any other fab recommended?
- I’ve use PCBWAY 6 times, I am satisfied with their quality.
I have used two different well known Chinese suppliers and have been amazed at the high quality for the low price but making the delivery costs a major consideration.
The level of service is also important. For example I once designed a board where, just before creating the gerber files, I did some last minute fiddling about and without redrawing it, causing a track to crash into a ground plane (later versions of Kicad give better warnings). They spotted that and contacted me.
What I am curious about is how independent these PCB sellers really are. The quotation software etc., in many cases, looks remarkably similar and I could imagine that some of these businesses are simply brokers or consolidaters.
What I also find interesting is the pricing policy where you are penalised (extra "engineering" costs) if they catch you squeezing multiple designs onto a board. Logic would say that it shouldn't make any difference. It is as if they don't want a service, which is aimed mainly at small prototyping jobs boards, being abused for large runs of small boards.
I also wonder if possible future Government policies, say to support domestic PCB manufacturing, will bring an end to the availability of cheap boards.
tks,bro.i'll check their price
Another choice.
I always have used Smart prototyping.
Fast and consistent quality. instant online quote. Choice of shipping options.

tks bro,i'm trying ALLPCB now, waiting for them send me the board
Anyone tried FS circuits? https://www.fscircuits.com/
How about their service and board quality?
