Recommendations for custom PCB's

I did some searching but a lot of old, dead, or not highly useful links. I need a custom PCB to connect two wire bundles. No data, just testing components like lights and motors. I'd prefer a US supplier to prevent any custom's or shipping delays. Ten day business order to delivery required. There's many Google results, but I'd like recommendations from companies you've used and/or trust please.

How many of thee boards are needed ?

First run will be around ten boards. After that we'll need small batches made with new machine builds. Maybe 100 a year total but realistically about 25 a piece every few months.
