Why when I try to do a remote configuration of my XBee (either router or end device, so api), and while they are connected to the arduino Stalker, they do not appear in the remote X-CTU and therefore can not perform a remote configuration?
I'm a few days ago with this problem, but so far unsolved.

I'm a few days ago with this problem, but so far unsolved.
And it will remain unsolved. The Arduino interferes with programming the XBees, since it thinks the data may be for it, and responds, too. This interferes with the responses that X-CTU is expecting.
The only way around the issue is to use a separate USB Explorer card to program the XBee, or remove the Arduino chip so that it does not interfere.
