Country /= Language
However, imho the wording "International" is ok as it is commonly misused for language selection on pages.
tldr:
"Deutsche language" is a bad combination of German/English
And to clearify:
German - Deutsch - the language spoken in Germany, Austria and parts of Switzerland
German - Deutsche - sing/plural - one (or several) citizen(s) from the country Germany.
Germans - Deutsche - still the same like the singular form
Spoiler: Austrians are speaking German ( the language), but aren't Germans (the nation)
Or in other words, just leave the language areas as it is
