I made a PCB with the chip atsamd21g18, but when I powered the board after some seconds the current reached 200mA. Since on the board there is only the chip, the consumption come from it.
I wonder why this happens, I checked the board and the connections but I didn't find nothing wrong.
I ask you what I could do wrong?

Post the schematic.
Since that high current draw is unexpected and indicative of a fault condition - there are three possibilities:
Your board has a design flaw
Your board has an assembly flaw (adjacent pins shorted together?)
You've messed up the connections.
