Accuracy depends on the number of satellites that can be seen by your car, not the price of the module.
what I look for in a GPS module is:
at least two mounting holes, 3mm or 1/8"
an SMA antenna connector
one mounting hole is a pivot pint. two mounting holes is a rigid mount. 3 or 4 would be better
u.fl connectors are good only for attaching a jumper with an SMA connector

My own observation is that GPS navigation apps on mobile phones achieve a higher level of accuracy than that provided by GPS by looking at your direction of travel and checking to see if it matches up with the surveyed road map provided by Google/Apple. If there is an offset in a particular direction it automatically subtracts that offset so that you path on the ground is over a marked road instead of being off to one side by a few meters.
