Sending data on SD to computer using Arduino WiFi shield

Hi,

I was wondering if you could help shed light on this topic. I am trying to send data logged on an SD over Wifi and I am not sure how to go about it. The data on the card is about 250MB and it consists of numbers saved in multiple columns.

Please recommend methods or tutorials that I can go about doing this.
