I would like your help with something very big for me.
I want to recreate this project:
This is certainly not a big deal for an advanced user, but the truth is that I would be a complete beginner. What exactly does that mean?
I have no experience with circuits, nor with Arduino. However, what I do have is a big dose of motivation.
I would really like to build this machine, as I have a small company where it would be extremely useful and could save us a lot of man hours.
What exactly do I want?
I would like someone more experienced than me to build this machine (only the electronics of course, I will do the construction as long as I can see that the machine is functional) and in the meantime make me a video tutorial (with explanation) on how I can bring this sorter to life.
(I already have the parts, but the difference is that I would use an Arduino Uno R3, not a Nano as in the link above.)
Of course, I know that this is a big ask, as well as time is money, so I wouldn't ask for this help for free. I could offer a small amount of donation to an enthusiastic entrepreneur who could help me.
Cross-posting is against the Arduino forum rules. The reason is that duplicate posts can waste the time of the people trying to help. Someone might spend a lot of time investigating and writing a detailed answer on one topic, without knowing that someone else already did the same in the other topic.

I do not have to imagine... the number of "get this done" without funding (or worse, expecting other contracts to allow the resources to be used) is no small number. I call it "the color of money" - where one type of cost had bottomless pockets, but nothing for another type of cost. I currently have (proven, effective) removable, rotating, locking rods and large bolts securing the actuating handle of an automatic double-door where the proposed locking mechanism was $2k+. Not even a "thank you."
Think as you sort, and the solution will grow in your mind.
The software and electronics part is a very small part of the project that must be worked on after all the physical components are made and assembled. They must be done in order to TEST the electronics and the software. Do not start a project from the end and work back to the beginning!
So, show us what you have built that matches the video and description.
