Trying to find TLP281-4 4 Channel optoIsolator IC for Fritzing part

I have a project that uses 3 of the 4 Channel OptoIsolator IC's and I am trying to draw up the project in Fritzing. I can not however find a TPL281-4 IC. I'm not good enough yet to create a new part in Fritzing and wondered if anyone could point me toward a source for this part to be used in Fritzing?

You don't need to create a new part.
Select the generic IC
Chose the SO-16 package
Edit the pin lables to match the TPL281-4

I only changed pins 1,2,15 and 16
