Unable to use shell command (pwd, ls, etc) on serial of Arduino Yun.

Hi,

I bought an ArduinoYun board.
After installing the arduino drivers on Window7, i was able to connect the ArduionoYun over serial(COM15) using TeraTrum. I could type shell command (pwd, ls etc) and surf the linino environment.
But, after uploading the BLINK example using ArduinoTool, i am unable to connect the ArduionoYun over serial(COM15) using TeraTrum over Windows.
Example "YUNSerialTerminal" is failing on YUN and unable to get data on serial terminal.
Please let me know correct PROGRAM or Example?

At IDE upload:

Examples->Bridge->YunSerialTerminal again, TeraTrum select COM port of Arduino.

Type

to shutdown bridge.
