You will need

  1. Arduino (to run code obviously :P)
  2. Relay (turn turn ON/OFF main light)
  3. RTC clock module (to allow relay control at certain time)
  4. power supply (to power all of above)

you don’t need arduino for this, you can buy a programmable timer
