What would be the connection system of a type K thermocouple with miini-thermocouple connector .792 mm (0.312 in) pin spacing to Arduino

Hi, I am trying to connect a k type thermocouple to an Arduino uno but I have a problem in choosing the amplifier, if anyone could guide me with this and the connection logic.

I attached a link of the thermocoupe I am using, i would like to ask if MAX6675 or MAX31855 works with this K thermocouple?

The datasheets will indicate compatibility if this is true.

Either will work, as will any thermocouple amplifier for type K thermocouples. However, most breakout boards don't have the matching connector.

For example Thermocouple Amplifier MAX31855 breakout board (MAX6675 upgrade) : ID 269 : Adafruit Industries, Unique & fun DIY electronics and kits

Thanks in advance for your cooperation.

You can get a matching connector and use thermocouple wire to connect to the board. You need to be keep the cold junction at the terminals where the board probably compensates for.

I got most of the answers from Gooogle Ai when I put "MAX6675 vs MAX31855" in Google.
