Hello guys, i'm doing a project with 412 addressable RGB Leds using arduino uno.
The problem is, all the wires are connected right, like the diagram down below but when i load the sketch, the leds doens't turn on.
i'm also using a 5v 20a power supply.
Not obvious exactly how you wired the LED strip.
Read the instructions - point 7 - to post your code.
Not sure whether 412 NeoPixels exceeds the memory capability of the fake (but just the same in regard to code) UNO. 
Is the resistor only poked through the hole in the Arduino board? Or did you solder it? Same question with the ground wire.
I didn't notice that. It isn't actually connected?
