Arduino Uno clone does not connect with Windows 7, shows up as USB Serial device in Other devices in devmgmt.msc

Hello! I am trying to connect an Arduino Uno clone to a Lenovo ThinkCentre with Windows 7 SP2. When I tried to connect the Uno to the computer, the "Hardware Failure" sound started playing. When I checked the Device Manager, it showed up as a "USB Serial" device in the "Other devices" section (check pinned image). Freshly installed IDE 1.8.19... what should I do?

I suspect your clone has the CH340(G) chip on it as USB-Serial adapter and you do not have the driver installed

Make a sharp photo and post it here

Actually... I have found it. I will try the solution.

Thank you very much, it worked!

Great, thanks for confirming.
