Arduino uno driver

Sorry this must be a common question, just not sure how to search the forum. I installed Arduino software and when trying to install the driver there sees to be no driver file in the driver directory. The basic instructions say I should have a arduino.inf file, but none exists in the directory. Any help would be appreciated.

Edit: Clone board with the CH34OG chip, I hearing I need a special driver file. (What and where??)
