how many wifi shield is needed to transmit data from camera to display

hi all,
i have been trying to transmit the data from a camera placed at a distance to project images into a display (tft) using WiFi.
obviously two Uno (in my case) boards emplyed for the task.. im not sure if i would be needing two shield/modules on both. what im asking is if two shields are required on both uno or a shield and a module is required or two modules are required.

also, it would be great if you let me know how to connect the wifi reciever to the display.

any help would be appreciated.

Arduino is not suited for this task. Look at Raspberry pi instead.
