I'm looking for a special project for an arduino board without soldered female connectors. The board might have the USB connector for programming and the power plug, but I need long male connectors/ pins instead soldered to the other side of the board.
There is the possibility of de-soldering the connectors, and changing them to the needed pins, but I don't want to stress the board too much.

I already thought about using the solder wick, the drilled holes of the arduino board are normally so tight, that the wick will not draw all the solder out of the hole. I continued in breaking the plastic housing apart and de-solder the pins one by one...
I'll see how it will work!
