MAC os Catalina doesn't see Create Agent

Hi,
I installed the Create Agent on my MAC os Catalina 10.15.7.
But I see neither the icon on the top bar nor is it operational when I enter the Cloud and when I go to the Web Editor it tells me that the Create Agent is not active.
I have tried to install it again and to annex .the application but nothing changes.

Hi @eziogi. Hi @rohinideshmukh. This problem may be caused by certain security restrictions of your web browser blocking the communication between Arduino Cloud and Arduino Create Agent.

I'll provide instructions you can follow to configure Arduino Create Agent for use with all web browsers:

1. If it is not already running, start Arduino Create Agent.
   ⓘ If you see an Arduino Create Agent icon on the macOS menu bar then it is running.
2. Control-click on the Arduino Create Agent icon on the macOS "menu bar".
   A menu will open.
3. Select Generate and Install HTTPS certificates from the menu.
   A "You are making changes to your Certificate Trust Settings" dialog will open.
4. Enter your macOS user password in the "You are making changes to your Certificate Trust Settings" dialog.
5. Click the "Update Settings" button.

After doing that, you should find that Arduino Cloud is able recognize that Arduino Create Agent is running and recognizes the Arduino boards you have connected to your computer.

Problem solved by reinstalling and starting "Arduino Create Agent "but today I noticed that it no longer allows me to see the "Generate and install HTTPS certificates" menu, I can't make the change you recommended, that of entering the macOS User Password.
The Cloud is working normally.
