need help about Rotary dip switch

Hello I need some informaition about Rotary dip switch.
He used PT65503. I found this part in this link. SEGOR-electronics GmbH - Startseite
But it is expencive.

I found smilar parts in ebay.com and aliexpress.com. almost more less than German websites.
I need alternative part for PT65503 or PT65303.
What can I select?
Can I use BCD?

BCD only gives the binary code 0 to 9 where as hex gives you 0 to 15.
It depends how many states you want to read.

I also think same; But some website writes "16 position BCD" parts. So I couldn't be sure about it.
