I do not recommend this shield (daughter board). Used it with much frustration.
Having to create your own VCC/gnd buses is so annoying.
Strangely, we were getting lock-ups from the SDA, SCL communication lines for the LCDs. Not sure why,the fix was trimming excess wires poking through the board. (Did that on a hunch.)
On the second one, we won't bother with the shield. Instead, we will craft cables and bundles for ground and VCC.
