Looking at the hardware you have in your power system, I see a situation where a lot of system performance can be measured.
With ADC on each shunt, you can measure the individual charge and discharge currents.
This will enable you to monitor your battery charge and their actual performance.
Even actual individual battery voltages so that along with battery currents you can measure and monitor the performance of your copper bus.
