Solid State Relay for Fast switching

Hello,

I'm looking for a solid state relay to use with the Arduino.
With the ~5VDC control voltage from the Arduino, I need to switch a 12-13VDC at MAX 2A (switching between High/Low 2ms,7ms square wave (Pulse Width Modulation) based on program in Arduino)

Regular relay seems out of the question for this.

Finding a panel mount solid state relay with random/non-zero switching has been a pain. Most are for AC switching and ones for DC are really expensive ($50+)

Does Arduino sell a relay I can use for this?

Are there any other solutions available for this that can be used with my Arduino?

No.

A solid state relay for DC is nothing more than a FET, so buy a FET, make sure it is a logic level one.

I have a bunch. Actually need two devices in series to get the logic correct.
