[Solved] create/Web Editor not accessible

Currently I am unable to access the Web editor under create.arduino.cc.

When I click the Arduino Web Editor tile I get to the login page and enter my credentials.
After that I see a turning circle saying "Loading Arduino Create..." for a while.
I am then forwarded to Arduino Cloud saying "Welcome to the Arduino Web Editor, Before you can start using the Arduino Web Editor we need you to provide us with some informations, and accept the following Terms & Condition:"

I fill in the form, scroll down the text, click on "AGREE" and nothing happens.

My system runs Win 7 Enterprise and I get the same behavior for Chrome and for Firefox.

Pls advise.

Hi @Elfishi,
we have some issues with the DB at the moment, we are working on that, thanks

I'm in again. Thx.

It's happening again :frowning:

They will be aware first thing in the morning.

Sorry about it but not much can be done until they come in.

The same thing is happening for me at the moment. Tried to overcome it by clearing cookies and cache but didn't work, then i found this post. suppose i'm just going to have to wait. When it does this, does it do it for every user?

I'm having the same problem, anyone knows if this is being fixed? Thanks.

Same here!

Keep in mind the option of using the standard Arduino IDE until it's fixed, which you can download for free here:

Not really an option for Chromebook...

I am also having this problem - it's been about 12 hours since it started happening for me. While I'm not thrilled that it is happening, I am glad that it's not "just me." I tried clearing cache, cookies, reinstalling the chrome app, etc and I"m still stuck at the "Welcome / Starting Arduino Create / Welcome / Starting ..." loop.

Quite true, and you have my sympathies in this situation, but maybe some other people with this issue use an OS supported by the standard IDE.

It looks like the servers are back up if you could clear your caches and try again.
