How could i translate a circuit from breadboard to a green prototype pcb like this one?
This is a parallel circuit and i have no idea how could i put all my components and arduino into a green prototype pcb.
The current circuit looks like a mess

Use protoboards like this:
You can directly transfer your solderless breadboard layout
I have no clue as to what CAD software you used to generate the schematic. I use KiCad and that will take me from drawing to the necessary Gerber files to make the printed circuit board (Green Board).
The 5cm x 7cm prototype board you've linked to looks a bit small for all your components. Do you want to build it all as a shield for your Arduino board so your board just plugs into it? This would eliminate a lot of wires. If so, you may have problems with a normal prototype board because of the odd spacing between 2 adjacent rows of header pins on the Mega. Google for "arduino mega prototyping shield" to see some of the options.

i bought a bigger one and i've soldered a circuit like this and i get constant 5.07V. Now i have to solder all my sensors , arduino ( 5v and gnd) and resistors, connect them all to 5V and GND and then connect sensors to arduino for data and that s it.
