Uno with 2.8 TFT display shield plus mic input?

I have an Uno and would like to use it with the Adafruit 2.8 TFT display shield I bought. It all plugs together nicely but I also want to connect a MAX4466 mic but there don't seem to be any pins available? I also have a Meg 2560 with more spare pins but read up that I would have to cut and solder in places to get it to work with the 2.8 display, I want something simpler to work with. I haven't found anything conclusive about where I could connect the mic to the Uno with the shield on. Could someone tell me the answer or perhaps suggest a decent display shield that allows for easy connection of a mic?

Solved: I found at that installing the "MCUFRIEND" library got it talking with my Mega 2560 so will be using it with that.
