I am using an Arduino UNO Board
pin Output is
IR Remote:- output pin is 7
Ground pin to Ground
VCC pin to 3.5 volts
Oled display:- Ground-to-ground
Vcc pin to 5V
Scl Pin to A5 pin
SDA pin to A4 pin

@pert - @anon56112670 posted a link concerning the issue (on the other, removed, topic), but the post did not make it to this topic.
@nithums - You can see there is a conflict with IRremote and OLED. After that is resolved, you will need to initialize the OLED so the "BT WELCOME WIFI BATTERY" displays on the OLED... you just need to find out why OLED and IRremote are not working together.
